Position Overview: Far & Away is seeking a talented Creative Strategist/Content Creator/ to join our team. In this versatile role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand's identity across our social platforms and contributing to our growth. You will be ideating, creating, sourcing, and reiterating scroll stopping content - experimenting and figuring out the secret sauce of what types of content pushes users to convert or goes viral.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate creative concepts that drive engagement/conversions through our organic and paid social channels such as  Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.
- Execute on the creative concepts by shooting and editing visually stunning and compelling content, and/or collaborating with external content creators.
- Analyze, segment, and reiterate on successful creative concepts through experimentation and A/B testing.
- Manage and curate visual assets for our social media feeds, ensuring a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing brand image.
- Research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.

Who You Are:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator or Creative Strategist or similar role, preferably in the homeware, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
- Keen eye for design, lighting and aesthetics, shown by your strong portfolio of previous creative work.
- Social media junkie, you have your finger on the pulse of the latest trends.
- Strategic thinker and are able to conceptualize experiments to validate your ideas.
- You know your way around the latest photo and video editing software (Capcut, Canva, etc) and can work magic with your iPhone camera. 
- Access to a nice dining or kitchen area for content creation.
- Proactive and able to work independently, previous remote work experience is a plus.
- BONUS: You've successfully built a personal following on social media.
