Ceramics Care
Our ceramics are crafted to endure rigorous, regular use, providing you with peace of mind. They're freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe up to 230C/450F.
TIPS:
β’ Do not overfill the dishwasher and leave some space to avoid chipping.
β’ All semi-matte glazes are sensitive to temporary metal markings - avoid contact with abrasive metal dish sponges and lower grade cutlery.
β’ If you do find grey metal markings on your pieces, scrub with an abrasive non-metal sponge and a paste made using water, lemon, and baking soda. A scourging powder such as "Bar Keeper's Friends" works as well.
Cutlery Care
Our cutlery is crafted from resilient 18/10 European stainless steel, designed to resist rust and corrosion. It is suitable for dishwasher use, but extra care is needed for the knives.
TIPS:
β’ Avoid acidic detergents when washing.
β’ Considering using less dishwashing salt.
β’ Do not wash with items that are rusting or corroding.
β’ Leave space when storing in dishwasher, avoid direct contact.
β’ Dry immediate after wash, do not leave in prolonged contact with moisture.
β’ Consider hand washing non- silver finishes. These are made via PVD coating with an 100 dishwashing cycle guarantee.
Cork Care
Cork is a naturally anti-bacterial and insulating material making it easy to care for and clean. Simply wipe away any debris with a dry cloth and leave to air dry after each use. You may use a damp (not wet) cloth and a small amount of mild dish soap for tougher cleans.
TIPS:
β’ Cork is sensitive to moisture so do not leave in the dishwasher or submerge in water.
β’ Avoid storing in humid conditions to prevent shape changes.
