Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your products from Far & Away.
If you are unhappy with your products, you can return or exchange your products within a 30 day period from the date when you received it.
Just shoot us a message over on our contact form with your request.
To be eligible for a return:
1) Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
2) Must be packed in the original packaging
Return shipping costs are not included. We can generate a return shipping label for you or you can ship it to our warehouse yourself. Costs for our return label will be communicated to you when you request your return. A small returns processing fee will be charged if you ship your items to our warehouse yourself.
*Please note that rejecting an order on delivery counts as a return and our normal returns fees will be deducted if you request a refund. Please cancel your order prior to delivery to prevent this.
Refunds (if applicable)
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
1) Notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
2) Share images of any items were broken during the returns process.
3) Deduct our return shipping fee (if applicable), return processing fee (if applicable) and value of broken items during the return delivery (if applicable)
4) Issue the final refund to your original payment method where you should see the credit after 7-14 business days.
*Any damages occured during the return shipping will be the responsiblity of the customer and will be deducted from your refund so please repack your items carefully.
If any items arrive already broken upon delivery, please take photos of said items before sending your return.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet after 14 business days:
1) First check your bank account again.
2) Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3) Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
